How To Make The Beaded Hearts Craft
What to do:
Making the beaded hearts is so easy even preschoolers can handle it with a little guidance. Just follow these steps:
1. Cut Pipe Cleaners
Start by cutting pipe cleaners into 7-8 inch lengths. For younger kids, twisting two pipe cleaner strands together makes it easier to string beads.
2. String Beads
Next, have kids string pony beads onto the pipe cleaner one by one until it’s covered almost completely. Make sure to twist the ends so the beads don’t slip off tightly.
3. Bend into Shape
Once beads are strung, use your finger to bend the pipe cleaner into the shape of a heart. Twist the ends together to secure it.
