In November we like to focus on gratitude. Whether it is for ourselves or for our kids, it is always great to frame your mind into being grateful. Since 2015 we have shared various Gratitude Journals to help you and your children put gratitude into action. Most of our previous gratitude journals are simple this year we decided to do things a little differently.

This year’s gratitude journal
All of the previous gratitude journals are very similar to each other; they may vary slightly besides cover and color. They are a great starting point for listing out five things you are grateful for. This year we decided to spice things up and give you daily prompts to help you find gratitude for all kinds of things. This year’s journal goes from writing a simple list to be able to write a whole journal entry based on the prompt. It is up to you. Journaling what you are grateful for is a great tradition to continue throughout the year, but something we particularly love to share for November.
