The Nice Monster Under My Bed- The Review
As a parent, I was pleasantly surprised to see such a well-written book from a child! The fact that it is written by a child helps children instantly relate. The main character is a young boy, which is also great because it demonstrates to boys that it is okay to be afraid and have emotions. We loved that the characters are realistic and easy to relate to. Everything is so descriptive you actually feel like you are there. The illustrations are brilliant and beautiful creating an overall wonderful experience. This is a book that will be revisited again and again.
