Project Mc2 Camryn Coyle & Wind Up Robot Experiment ReviewIn the spring Isabella received a brand new Project Mc2 doll and experiment. Isabella was so excited when she opened up her Project MC2 Camryn Coyle with Wind Up Robot Experiment (affiliate link) on Easter morning. She recorded a review of the doll and experiment which you can check out towards the end of this post, however because of computer and hard drive issues we couldn’t upload it until now.
Project Mc2 it is a team of “super smart but seriously cool” teenage girls. They currently have 3 amazing seasons (the 2 new seasons are ‘amazblogs’!!!) but at the time of filming they had a few episodes on Netflix which Isabella has enjoyed watching and we are anxiously awaiting new ones episodes. We tend to binge watch. These girls use their smarts, love of science and surprising spying skills to solve cases for the secret organization N.O.V8. (pronounced ‘innovate’) I love that Project Mc2 is all about exciting girls to the wonderful world of science and highly involved in S.T.E.A.M (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math).
Project MC2 Camryn Coyle doll is based on the character from the amazing Netflix show Project MC2 which inspires young girls to participate in STEAM activities. Camryn Coyle is a smarty, known in her high school of Maywood Glenn for her high IQ. She loves creating new gadgets like a wind up robot or a “souped” up skateboard. She isn’t really good at naming things however.
Has beautiful maroon hair, glass hazel eyes and realistic eyelashes. I love that the dolls aren’t over done with a ton of makeup. The clothes are cool as she is wearing a camouflage jacket with fir trim around. Denim Jumper, stylish tribal leggings and really awesome fur hat. The shoes are fairly easy to get on and off and complete her look. She wears permanent yellow gloves which annoyed my daughter because she would have loved Camryn to be more versatile to play with, but considering you purchase different sets of the dolls I totally get it. Camryn also comes with a tool box as an accessory.

The Experiment was awesome! It worked which was very exciting.
Basically you stick a strawberry or marshmallow on top of the Wind Up base and decorate it with accessories provided like whiskers and eyes. Wind it up and watch it roll. (A piece of our base broke off but it was still fine)
Isabella had so much fun making this and reading about the science behind it.
Project MC2 is a great show, the dolls are beautiful and the experiment is simple and fun. The only downside is the quality could be a tad bit better especially for the price, otherwise we really enjoyed Project MC2 Camryn Coyle Doll & Wind Up Robot.
